Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 calendar days of delivery - no reason needed. You can also cancel before your order ships by contacting our customer support team atsupply@perplexity.ai.
To withdraw from a fulfilled order, scroll to the bottom of our main page and click the “Withdraw Contract” button. Enter your Order ID and email address in the form. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as we receive your request.
Once we get the returned goods, we’ll process a full refund within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we’ve agreed otherwise.
