Perplexity Enterprise uses seat-based pricing. Your organization purchases Enterprise Pro and Enterprise Max seats and assigns them to people, so a seat can be moved from one member to another without buying a new one.

Managing billing
Only organization admins see Billing in Organization settings. To manage your subscription:
Go to Organization settings → Billing.
Select Manage, then View details. This opens the Enterprise subscription portal in a new tab. Use the Return to Perplexity AI, Inc link to go back.
In the portal you can cancel your subscription, add or replace a payment method, update your billing information (name, address, phone number, and tax ID), and download invoices. You cannot manage seats in the portal. Use Adjust seats on the Billing page instead (see Adding seats and Reducing your seats below).
Switching between monthly and yearly billing is not available in the portal. Contact us via Help > Contact Support and we will help.
Canceling your subscription
Go to Organization settings → Billing.
Select Manage, then View details to open the Enterprise subscription portal.
Under Current subscription, select Cancel subscription and confirm.
Adding or replacing a payment method
Go to Organization settings → Billing.
Select Manage, then View details to open the Enterprise subscription portal.
Scroll down to Payment method and select Add payment method.
Enter the card details and save. Your organization is charged to the card marked Default. To remove a card, select the × beside it.
Updating your billing information
Go to Organization settings → Billing.
Select Manage, then View details to open the Enterprise subscription portal.
Scroll down to Billing information and select Update information.
Edit the name, address, phone number, or Tax ID, then select Save. Changes apply to future invoices.
Downloading your invoices
Only an admin can download invoices from your organization’s settings page. Follow these steps to access your invoice:
Go to Organization settings → Billing.
Select Manage, then View details to open the Enterprise subscription portal.
Scroll down to Invoice history. Select View more to show older invoices.
Select the relevant invoice.
Download the receipt or invoice.
Viewing your seats
To see your seats, go to your Organization settings and open Billing. Each tier in the Seats section shows a total beside its name, broken into Available, Assigned, and Invited.
Members with paid access appear under Assigned. Pending invitations appear under Invited and hold a seat until they are accepted, canceled, or declined.
Adding seats
Go to Organization settings → Billing.
In the Seats section, select Adjust seats to open Update seats.
Raise the Seat count for the tier you need.
Select Next, review Confirm seat purchase, then select Purchase seats.
Added seats start today and may be prorated. You can also add a seat while inviting someone: if no seat is available in the tier you selected, sending the invitation asks you to confirm the seats it needs.
Reducing your seats
Removing a member or lowering their tier frees a seat but does not reduce what your organization has purchased, and does not create a prorated credit. Reducing your seat count is a separate step.
Go to Organization settings → Billing.
In the Seats section, select Adjust seats.
Lower the Seat count for the tier you want to reduce.
Select Confirm.
A reduction takes effect at the start of your next billing period, which is your next month on a monthly subscription or your next annual renewal on a yearly one. Until then you keep the seats you have paid for and can assign them to anyone. The Seats section shows the scheduled change and its date, and Cancel changes undoes it.
You cannot set a seat count below the seats currently Assigned and Invited. Remove members or cancel pending invitations first, then lower the count.
