Point of Contact for Authorities
Perplexity has designated a single point of contact for direct communication with EU Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services. Authorities may reach Perplexity's designated contact by emailing dsa-authorities@perplexity.ai. This channel is reserved for government authorities and regulatory bodies acting in their official capacity under the DSA.
Point of Contact for Users in the EU
Users in the EU can contact Perplexity for any DSA-related matters, including reporting illegal content and questions about content decisions, via our support team support@perplexity.ai. This serves as Perplexity's single point of contact for EU users under the DSA.
Legal Representative:
VeraSafe has been appointed as Perplexity’s DSA legal representative in the European Union, pursuant to Article 13 of the DSA. Average Monthly Active Recipients in the EU:
In accordance with Article 24(2) of the DSA, for the six-month period ending 7 May 2026, Perplexity has calculated that its average monthly active recipients in the EU is significantly below the 45 million threshold relevant to the DSA.
