# 账户访问、订阅或所有权问题？

<p>账户始终归注册时所使用电子邮件地址的所有者所有。您的 Perplexity 账户会永久绑定到您在注册时提供的电子邮件地址。</p>

<h2 id="h_88a6cd4255">如果我更改了电子邮件，或者我的机构更改了域名怎么办<b>?</b></h2>

<p>一旦您使用某个电子邮件地址创建了 Perplexity 账户，之后就无法更改该电子邮件。若要使用其他电子邮件，您必须创建一个新账户。请注意，这个新账户不会包含您之前的任何数据，包括会话和项目。<br />​</p>
