<p>管理员可以通过以下方式管理组织账单：</p>

<p>作为管理员或账单管理员，您可以在此处更新和取消您的企业订阅，更新您的付款方式和账单信息，并查看您的发票历史记录。</p>

<p>只有管理员或账单管理员才能从组织的设置页面下载发票。 请按照以下步骤访问您的发票：</p>

<h2 id="h_c573ff96ca">添加和移除席位</h2>

<p>在订阅的第一个月，我们将根据您在注册时选择的席位数量向您收取费用。 由于有 30 天的座位承诺期，任何座位移除操作仅在首月后才会显示在您的账单中。</p>

<p>首月结束后，管理员可轻松在组织中添加或移除成员。 您可以<a href="/help-center/help-center/zh-CN/articles/10352978-企业组织的用户管理">在此处</a>详细了解如何管理用户。</p>

<p>添加用户时，系统会根据您的套餐续订前的剩余时间按比例收取费用。 移除用户会产生按比例计算的抵扣额，并在您下次续订时抵扣。</p>

<p>为确保抵扣正确生效，建议先移除用户，再添加新用户。</p>
