<p>Memory 是一项功能，使 Perplexity 能够记住您在各个会话之间的细节，让您的互动更加个性化和高效。随着您使用 Perplexity，它会学习您的偏好和重要信息，从而在未来为您的问题提供更好、更个性化的回答。</p>

<p>我们的目标是为您提供尽可能最好的答案。为此，Perplexity 可能会依据以下内容：</p>

<p>在 Computer 中，Max 订阅用户还可获得 <strong><a href="/help-center/help-center/zh-CN/articles/19700001-what-is-brain">Brain</a></strong> —— 一个自我改进的记忆系统，可将您的会话转化为您所处世界的工作模型。Memory 让 Search 更具个性化；Brain 为 Computer 提供工作上下文。它们分别由独立控制项管理。</p>

<h2 id="h_262333f8a3">何时会使用记忆和搜索历史？</h2>

<p>Perplexity 会根据问题以及使用这些来源是否有助于提供更好的回答来调用记忆和之前的搜索记录。与往常一样，Perplexity 会引用任何决定答案的参考来源。您可以在以下位置分别单独切换： <strong>设置 → Memory</strong>.</p>

<h2 id="h_a7b14d0d9b">记忆是如何创建的？</h2>

<p>当您提问或分享偏好时，Perplexity 会存储您可在设置中管理的关键记忆。随着时间推移，这会形成一个记忆库，帮助 Perplexity 提供更个性化的回复。您使用 Perplexity 的次数越多，它就越有用。例如，如果您经常询问意大利、中国或地中海菜谱，下次您再请求餐厅或菜谱灵感时，Perplexity 会记住这一偏好。</p>

<h2 id="h_5da6c51932">我如何查看我的记忆？</h2>

<p>前往 <strong>设置 → Memory</strong>。您将看到：</p>

<h2 id="h_9b7c63b6f2">我可以移除某些记忆或会话，使其不再出现在未来的回答中吗？</h2>

<p>可以。被引用的记忆会显示在您答案的来源中——您可以从以下位置删除任意条目： <strong>设置 → Memory → 管理记忆</strong> 以停止它们再次被使用。若要移除某个过去的会话对未来答案的影响，请将其从您的搜索历史中删除。</p>

<h2 id="h_c7e014a8f6">我可以关闭对记忆或搜索历史的引用吗？</h2>

<p>您可以在设置中关闭 Memory 和搜索历史。关闭后，Perplexity 将不再在未来的回答中引用它们。两者的权限是分开的，因此您可以分别控制。关闭 Memory 不会清除现有记忆。要清除记忆，请进入 <strong>Memory → 管理记忆</strong>.</p>

<p>使用无痕模式时，Memory 和之前的搜索始终处于关闭状态，且在无痕模式下提出的问题永远不会被保留或用于记忆。</p>

<h2 id="h_1f3f372bd4">我如何删除我的记忆？</h2>

<p>您可以随时在设置中点击垃圾桶图标清除任何特定记忆。您也可以通过选择“全部清除”按钮一次性清除所有记忆。如果您删除某条记忆，该记忆将从设置中的记忆库中移除，并且今后在回应会话时不会再使用。出于安全、调试以及确保记忆不会在删除后立即被重新创建的目的，我们可能会保留已清除记忆的日志最长 30 天。</p>

<h2 id="h_bb5ddc69bc">Memory 在项目中如何运作？</h2>

<p>项目拥有两层可以协同工作的记忆：</p>

  <li>
    <p><strong>共享项目记忆（Brain）</strong>——Computer 会根据项目的会话和文件自动维护这层记忆，项目中的每个人看到的都是同一个 Brain。它就像一个 wiki：贡献者可以编辑，查看者可以阅读，而项目所有者控制记忆开关。Brain 仅在 Computer 会话中可用。Search 不会访问 Brain。</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p><strong>项目中的个人记忆</strong>——项目的共享 Brain 可以与在其中运行会话的用户的个人记忆叠加使用。<strong>项目所有者</strong>可通过项目 Memory 设置中的 <strong>Use session creator's memory</strong> 开关来控制此功能。开启时，项目中的每个会话还会参考发起该会话的用户的个人记忆；关闭时，项目中的会话仅使用共享的 Brain。在 Enterprise 上，管理员还可以在整个组织范围内关闭记忆访问功能。</p>

<h2 id="h_34f4fc1306">Memory 会保留敏感信息吗？</h2>

<p>Memory 在决定应记住哪些类型的信息以及如何使用这些信息时，内置了额外的隐私和安全层。</p>

<p>我们已采取措施，主动降低记忆保留健康详情或财务信息等敏感信息的能力——但记忆是基于一种更倾向于用户提问频率和所提供信息的模型生成的。我们将持续提升检测和移除敏感信息的能力，您也始终可以查看并清空您的记忆库。</p>

<h2 id="h_2a8db39324">Enterprise Pro 组织可以使用 Memory 吗？</h2>

<h2 id="h_973f400516">模型会基于记忆进行训练吗？</h2>

<p>我们可能会使用记忆中的内容来改进面向所有人的模型。您的具体数据不会与任何人共享，而且如果您愿意，可以通过关闭以下选项来停用我们使用您的数据的能力： <strong>AI 数据保留</strong> 在 <strong>设置 → 偏好设置 → 人工智能</strong>.</p>
