# 撤回权

<p>根据欧盟法律，您有权在送达后的 14 个自然日内撤回大多数在线购买，无需说明理由。您也可以在订单发货前联系我们的客户支持团队取消订单，联系方式为 <a href="mailto:supply@perplexity.ai" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">[supply@perplexity.ai](mailto:supply@perplexity.ai)</a>。</p>

<p>要撤回已履行的订单，请滚动到主页底部并点击“撤回合同”按钮。在表单中输入您的订单 ID 和电子邮件地址。我们收到您的请求后，您将立即收到电子邮件确认。</p>

<p>我们收到退回商品后，会在 14 天内处理全额退款。请注意，除非商品存在缺陷或我们另有约定，否则退货运费由您承担。</p>
