# 如何跟踪我的订单？

<p>订单发货后，您会通过电子邮件收到跟踪编号。您也可以使用 Shop app 实时跟踪订单，使用结账时的同一电子邮件地址登录即可。</p>

<p>我们也提供支持。请访问 perplexity.supply，并点击商店右下角的聊天图标联系我们。</p>

<p>如果出现任何问题，我们会通知您；如果配送出现异常，承运商也会通过电子邮件或短信联系您。</p>

<p>只有当订单处于以下状态时，您才可以取消、修改订单或编辑配送地址：</p>

<p>即使您拥有 Perplexity 账户，订单也不会与该账户绑定。请使用您从 Perplexity Supply 收到的收据和跟踪编号来跟踪订单。</p>
