# 철회권

<p>EU 법에 따라 대부분의 온라인 구매는 배송일로부터 14일 이내에 사유 없이 철회할 권리가 있습니다. 주문이 발송되기 전에는 고객 지원팀 <a href="mailto:supply@perplexity.ai" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">[supply@perplexity.ai](mailto:supply@perplexity.ai)</a>로 문의해 주세요.</p>

<p>처리 완료된 주문을 철회하려면 메인 페이지 하단으로 스크롤한 뒤 “계약 철회” 버튼을 클릭해 주세요. 양식에 주문 ID와 이메일 주소를 입력하면 요청을 접수하는 즉시 이메일 확인을 받게 됩니다.</p>

<p>반품 상품을 수령하면 14일 이내에 전액 환불을 처리합니다. 상품에 결함이 있거나 별도로 합의한 경우를 제외하고 반품 배송비는 고객님 부담입니다.</p>
