# 주문을 어떻게 추적하나요?

<p>Shop 앱을 통해 실시간 업데이트를 제공합니다. 주문 상태를 추적하려면 Shop 앱을 확인하시는 것을 적극 권장합니다. 주문이 접수, 발송, 배송 완료될 때도 업데이트를 보내드립니다.</p>

<p>주문이 발송되면 이메일로 운송장 번호를 받게 됩니다. 결제 시 사용한 동일한 이메일로 Shop 앱에 로그인하면 주문을 실시간으로 추적할 수도 있습니다.</p>

<p>지원도 제공하고 있습니다. perplexity.supply를 방문한 뒤 스토어 오른쪽 하단의 채팅 아이콘을 클릭해 문의해 주세요.</p>

<p>Perplexity 계정이 있더라도 주문은 계정에 연결되지 않습니다. 주문 추적은 Perplexity Supply에서 받은 영수증과 운송장 번호를 사용해 주세요.</p>
