# 撤回権

<p>EU 法に基づき、ほとんどのオンライン購入について、配送日から14暦日以内であれば理由を問わず撤回する権利があります。注文の発送前であれば、カスタマーサポートチーム（<a href="mailto:supply@perplexity.ai" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">[supply@perplexity.ai](mailto:supply@perplexity.ai)</a>）までお問い合わせいただくことでキャンセルすることもできます。</p>

<p>発送済みの注文を撤回するには、メインページの下部までスクロールし、「契約を撤回」ボタンをクリックしてください。フォームに注文 ID とメールアドレスを入力してください。リクエストを受領次第、確認メールをお送りします。</p>

<p>返品商品を受領後、14日以内に全額返金を処理します。商品に不具合がある場合、または当社が別途同意した場合を除き、返送費用はお客様のご負担となります。</p>
