# General Shipping Questions

  <b>If my order has shipped, can I pay an additional fee to expedite?</b>

  Unfortunately, this is not possible to do. Once your order has been shipped we can’t expedite or
  change the order’s ETA.

  <b>Does Perplexity cover fees and duties for shipments?</b>
</h2>

<p>
  Any outstanding taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. You may be required to
  pay these fees once the delivery has entered the destination country. While we strive to cover
  fees where we can, these additional customs fees are determined by local import regulations and
  are beyond our control. Notifications may be sent via email if you have any taxes and duties due.

  <b>Why does coffee ship separately?</b>
</h2>

  Our coffee products are shipped separately from other items in your order. This allows us to
  ensure your coffee arrives fresh and in the best possible condition. You may receive multiple
  packages and tracking numbers, so don’t worry if your coffee arrives at a different time than your
  other purchases. If you have any questions about your shipment, feel free to contact our customer
  support team.
