  </li>

<p>We strive to respond to all inquiries within 12 to 24 business hours.</p>

  Yes, Shop will also be able to provide some support as they are able to provide real time updates
  about your shipment.
</p>

<p>We recommend tracking your order through the Shop app.</p>
