# Why has my order not arrived yet?

  While delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, we recommend
  the following steps to track your shipment:
</h3>

<ol>

    <p>Check your order status on the Shop website</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p>Review the shipping confirmation email you received</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p>
      Verify these details against the estimated delivery date provided at checkout, please allow up to
      2 weeks time (in business days) before contacting us or the carrier.
    </p>
  </li>
</ol>

<p>For real-time updates or if you notice no progress in transit, you may either:</p>

<ul>
  <li>
    <p>Contact the shipping carrier directly</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p>
      Contact us by using the chat window on perplexity.supply; we will need your
      email in order to take a look at your shipment.
    </p>
  </li>
</ul>

  We will gladly provide additional information about your order's status and work to resolve any
  delivery concerns.

  <b>How can I track my order?</b>
</h3>

<p>
  Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order
  in real-time using the Shop app which you can sign in using the same email you checked out with.
