# Устранение проблем с письмами Apple Relay

<p>Проверьте папку со спамом/нежелательной почтой на наличие пропущенных писем. Также, чтобы получать письма на ваш адрес Apple Relay (@privaterelay.appleid.com), убедитесь, что в настройках Apple включено «Forward to». <br />​<br />Перейдите в Settings > \[your name] > iCloud > iCloud+ Features > Hide My Email, найдите «Perplexity» и убедитесь, что «Forward to» включено.</p>
