# Perplexity와 American Express 비즈니스 프로모션

## 프로모션 개요

Perplexity는 American Express와 제휴하여 자격을 갖춘 U.S. American Express® Business Card Members에게 독점 프로모션을 제공합니다. 이 프로그램은 세 가지 혜택으로 구성되며, 그중 하나, 둘 또는 세 가지 모두를 이용할 수 있습니다.

* 자격 요건을 충족하는 Perplexity 구매에 대한 명세서 크레딧
* U.S. American Express Card로 Enterprise Pro 또는 Enterprise Max를 구매하면 제공되는 1,000 보너스 Perplexity Computer 크레딧
* U.S. American Express Business Card Members를 위한 Perplexity Computer의 독점 엄선 스킬 컬렉션 이용

각 혜택에는 아래에 설명된 별도의 요건이 있습니다. 이 프로모션은 자격을 갖춘 U.S. American Express Small Business Card Members만 이용할 수 있습니다.

## 혜택 1: 명세서 크레딧

자격을 갖춘 U.S. American Express Business Card로 Perplexity에서 1회 구매 시 325달러 이상을 결제하면 American Express로부터 125달러의 명세서 크레딧을 받을 수 있습니다. 구매하기 전에 Amex app 또는 American Express 계정에서 오퍼를 카드에 추가해야 합니다.

등록된 카드로 결제한 325달러 이상의 모든 단일 Perplexity 거래가 대상이며, Enterprise Max 1개월 또는 Enterprise Pro 1년 같은 요금제도 포함됩니다.

크레딧을 받으려면:

1. American Express 계정에 로그인하거나 Amex app을 엽니다
2. Perplexity 오퍼를 찾아 자격을 갖춘 Business Card에 추가합니다
3. 같은 카드로 perplexity.ai에서 325달러 이상의 자격 요건을 충족하는 구매를 합니다
4. American Express가 오퍼 약관에 따라 125달러의 명세서 크레딧을 청구서에 적용합니다

## 혜택 2: 보너스 크레딧

2026년 10월 1일부터 2027년 3월 29일 사이에 U.S. American Express Card로 perplexity.ai에서 직접 Perplexity Enterprise Pro 또는 Enterprise Max 구독을 결제하면 Perplexity 계정에 1,000 Perplexity Computer 크레딧이 1회 보너스로 지급됩니다(시트당 지급 아님).

* 이 혜택을 받기 위해 Amex app에서 활성화할 필요가 없습니다
* Perplexity가 자격을 갖춘 U.S. American Express Card로 결제하는 것을 감지하여 보너스 Computer 크레딧을 Perplexity 계정에 추가합니다
* perplexity.ai에서 직접 구매한 신규 및 기존 Perplexity Enterprise Pro 또는 Enterprise Max 구독에 적용됩니다. 1,000 Perplexity Computer 크레딧 보너스는 자격을 갖춘 Perplexity 계정당 1회로 제한됩니다(시트당 지급 아님).

기존 고객: 이미 활성 Perplexity Enterprise 구독이 있고 자격을 갖춘 U.S. American Express Card로 결제하고 있다면, 다음 거래 후 보너스 Computer 크레딧이 Perplexity 계정에 추가됩니다. 자격 요건을 충족하는 구매 금액이 카드에 청구된 후 보너스가 반영되기까지 최대 90일이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

## 혜택 3: 엄선 스킬

U.S. American Express Business Card Members가 이용할 수 있는, Perplexity Computer에서 바로 사용할 수 있는 독점 엄선 스킬 컬렉션을 이용하세요.

컬렉션을 잠금 해제하려면:

1. 활성 Perplexity Enterprise 구독(Enterprise Pro 또는 Enterprise Max)으로 Perplexity 계정에 로그인합니다
2. Perplexity에서 Personal CFO Page를 엽니다: [https://www.perplexity.ai/cfo](https://www.perplexity.ai/cfo)
3. 화면의 안내에 따라 Plaid를 통해 자격을 갖춘 American Express Business Card를 연결합니다
4. 연결이 완료되면 Personal CFO Page에서 엄선 스킬 컬렉션이 잠금 해제됩니다

## 문제 해결

### 자격 요건을 충족하는 구매를 했지만 명세서 크레딧을 받지 못했습니다

명세서 크레딧은 American Express가 발행하며, 일반적으로 구매가 정산된 후 오퍼 약관에 명시된 기간 내에 반영됩니다.

다음 사항을 확인하세요.

1. 구매하기 전에 Amex app에서 Perplexity 오퍼를 카드에 추가했는지
2. 구매 금액이 여러 건으로 나뉘지 않은 단일 거래로 325달러 이상이었는지
3. 오퍼가 활성화된 카드와 같은 카드로 결제했는지

모든 사항이 올바른데도 명시된 기간이 지난 후 크레딧이 반영되지 않았다면, 카드 뒷면에 있는 전화번호로 American Express에 문의하세요.

### American Express Card로 결제했지만 1,000 보너스 Computer 크레딧이 보이지 않습니다

신규 구독의 경우 보너스 Computer 크레딧은 결제가 처리된 후 자동으로 추가됩니다. 다음 사항을 확인하세요.

1. 결제가 정상적으로 완료되었는지
2. 사용한 카드가 U.S. American Express Card이고, perplexity.ai에서 Enterprise Pro 또는 Enterprise Max를 구매했는지

기존 구독의 경우 자격 요건을 충족하는 구매 후 보너스 Computer 크레딧이 반영되기까지 최대 90일이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 그래도 Computer 크레딧이 표시되지 않으면 영수증을 첨부하여 [Perplexity 고객 지원팀](https://www.perplexity.ai/?support=true#settings/account)에 문의하세요.

### Plaid를 연결했지만 엄선 스킬 컬렉션이 보이지 않습니다

다음 사항을 확인하세요.

1. Perplexity 구독이 활성 상태인지
2. Plaid를 통해 연결한 계정이 자격을 갖춘 U.S. American Express Small Business Card인지(Corporate Card는 대상이 아님)

그래도 컬렉션이 표시되지 않으면 Plaid 연결을 해제했다가 다시 연결한 후 Personal CFO Page를 새로고침하세요. 문제가 계속되면 [Perplexity 고객 지원팀](https://www.perplexity.ai/?support=true#settings/account)에 문의하세요.

명세서 크레딧의 전체 약관은 American Express가 제공하며, Amex app에서 오퍼를 카드에 추가할 때 표시됩니다. 스킬 및 보너스 Computer 크레딧 혜택에는 American Express와 Perplexity가 제공하는 이용 약관이 적용되며, 그 요약은 Amex x Perplexity 파트너십 페이지([perplexity.ai/hub/partnerships/amex](https://www.perplexity.ai/hub/partnerships/amex))에서 확인할 수 있습니다. Perplexity Enterprise 구독은 해당 갱신일 전에 취소하지 않는 한 그 시점의 구독 가격으로 자동 갱신됩니다. 구독을 취소하거나 갱신하지 않으면 엄선 스킬 컬렉션에 더 이상 액세스할 수 없습니다. 카드를 연결하면 스킬 제공을 목적으로 Perplexity가 American Express 또는 제3자 서비스 제공업체를 통해 카드 거래 데이터 및 계정 데이터에 읽기 전용으로 액세스하는 것을 승인하는 것입니다.
