# Troubleshooting issues with Apple Relay Emails

<h2 id="h_15a9a343e5">Why am I not receiving any emails?</h2>

<p>check your spam/junk folder for any missing emails. Also, to receive emails at your Apple Relay address (@privaterelay.appleid.com), verify that "Forward to" is enabled in your Apple settings. <br />​<br />Go to Settings > \[your name] > iCloud > iCloud+ Features > Hide My Email, find "Perplexity," and ensure "Forward to" is turned on.</p>
