# Troubleshooting access to threads & Pro features

> Follow these steps to confirm you’re logged into the correct account on all your devices.

<h2 id="h_4a2d20cbf0">Lost a session?</h2>

<p>If you've lost a thread, please check your browser history. Sessions created while logged out are automatically deleted after 14 days, and we can't recover them.<br />​<br />​</p>

<h2 id="h_3c4925c207">Lost access to all your sessions or your Pro subscription?</h2>

<p>One quick way to help resolve or prevent this is to ensure that the email address associated with your account is identical <b>on all devices</b>, so please ensure:<br />​<br />1. The email address is exactly the same</p>

<p>2. Ensure you're using the same letter-casing <br />(e.g., <a href="mailto:email@mail.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">[email@mail.com](mailto:email@mail.com)</a> and <a href="mailto:Email@mail.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">[Email@mail.com](mailto:Email@mail.com)</a> are different)<br />​</p>

<p><b>Please note:</b><br />If you're an iCloud+ user, your Pro subscription may be linked to Apple Relay or Hide My Email. Here's an example email address: <a href="mailto:xvgh62476b@privaterelay.appleid.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">[xvgh62476b@privaterelay.appleid.com](mailto:xvgh62476b@privaterelay.appleid.com)</a>.</p>

Your email will be displayed there.<br />​<br />​<b>Mac</b><br />1. Ensure your side-bar is visible, if not click the "pane icon" on the top left.</p>

  <p>3. Select the "Manage Account" link</p>
