# How do I submit a bug report?

<p>Please include the following details, this helps us address and resolve the issue promptly.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.perplexity.ai/?support=true#settings/account" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Message us via Help > Contact Support</a> and include the following information:</p>

<p>Desktop report:</p>

<ul>

    <p>Email address of your Perplexity account (if different from the sender's email)</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p>Web browser type</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p>Detailed description of the issue (include steps to recreate if known)</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p>Screenshots or videos (highly appreciated)</p>
  </li>
</ul>

<p>Mobile app (iOS or Android) report:</p>

<ul>
  <li>
    <p>Email address of your Perplexity account (if different from the sender's email)</p>

    <p>Device & Version + Build (found in the app's Settings page)</p>
